Dr. Mark Bowen demonstrates the UltraSTAR, Single Tendon ACL Reconstruction technique. UltraSTAR is an alternate solution for ACL procedures using a quadrupled semitendinosus graft in a tibial tunnel versus a tibial socket. The technique utilizes the ULTRABUTTON Adjustable Fixation Device, coupled with an XTENDOBUTTON Fixation device to achieve tibial fixation.
