Arthroscopic landmarks and portals for optimal visualization and guide wire placement for the meniscal horn bony insertion site are described in the literature, but the technique for guide wire placement during MAT is usually based on the parapatellar approach that is not in the anatomical direction of meniscal horn bony insertions. Our MAT technique uses the transpatellar approach to achieve correct positioning of the tibia tunnel.
