The State of the State of Asthma: 2024 Guidelines and Changes

The recommendations for the treatment of asthma have changed dramatically in the past few years. This fast-paced video presentation will look at what medication options are available and review the latest GINA and US (EPR-4) asthma guidelines. Brian will recommendations for "SMART therapy" (ie: Single Maintenance And Reliever Therapy). He talks about how the overuse of albuterol is the single most consistent factor associated with asthma admissions and death.
