The objective is to provide a rotational restrain to the knee, avoiding medially tibial torsion.
The indication will be determined by those patients who present an ACL injury with clear rotational instability (which is usually shown by a clear or gross Pivot Shift sign), as well as in young patients with high functional or activity demand, hyperlax or children.
