This device rely on the lateral cortex and leave the foot print area free from external hardware and moreover permits the create a trench (heavy decorticated foot print area with an abundant bleeding) in which the tendon can be plunged. High stability is obtainable at the end of the repair independently from the bone quality. This product permits to repair wide lesion with a single device. Several different suture configurations are possibile.
