Developed by Dr. Snyder 8 years ago, this technique has continued to evolve, as we discover ways to simplify and improve the quality of our construct, all in a more efficient and cost-effective manner. We believe this is a viable option for healthy and active patients with irreparable, massive rotator cuff tears in the absence of arthritis. The procedure avoids the morbidity and functional limitations of reconstructive and muscle transfer options, while not burning any bridges.
