The surgery was performed through sinus tarsi approach during traction in traction device. After unstucking of the articular fragments reduction of the tuber took place. Osteosynthesis was performed with subchondral lag screws and two thick supporting screws. This case demonstrates the ease of the reduction during the first days (less than a week passed after injury).
