Subscapularis integrity after a reverse has shown to improve functionnal scores, internal rotation, and stability.
AMS approach preserves the subscapularis when performing a RSA. Consequences : no suture at the end, no question about healing, and no postoperative restriction to protect subscapularis healing. Passive and active rehab can be started at day-1, without motion restriction or sling immobilization.
