I am a Conmed consultant. I use Biobrace for the same reason every else is using it or switching to it....because it checks all the boxes for a soft tissue augment.
I also add bone marrow concentrate in this technique video for the same reasons we are using the Biobrace implant --> to try to stimulate biology and improve the healing response and tissue quality and to minimize repair failures.
