read more ↘ who is an active worker who initially underwent an open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) for a displaced later femoral condyle fracture. Subsequently he developed non-union of the fracture, inability to fully extend the knee, and obligate patellar dislocation on knee flexion. We use both radiographic imaging and video camera footage to demonstrate his pre-operative status. He was indicated for a modified Thompson quadricepsplasty, revision lateral condyle ORIF, and MPFL reconstruction.
