He proposed the “restricted” kinematic alignment protocol (rKA) to reliably produce a prosthetic knee with component/knee/limb alignments that always fall within an evidence-based safe alignment range which is compatible with long term implant survivorship. In the current video, he will show how he performs rKA assisted by computer navigation.
