Physical Findings:

• Weight : 49 kg

• Height : 150cm

• Weak femoral pulses and perfusions. Normal heart sounds and ESM in interscapular region. Chest is clear and no organomegaly.

Pertinent Tests:

EKG:

• Sinus rhythm, LVH

Echo:

• Coarctation of aorta with gradient of 53 mmHg
