First aid - fixation of the lower limb with a rod device for external fixation of the thigh-shin with the elimination of gross displacement. A control CT scan was performed, preoperative planning was carried out. The operation was performed - the reposition of the fracture was possible from the posterior approach, the fracture was fixed with two plates at an angle of 90 degrees, which made it possible to achieve stable fixation of a comminuted fracture of the tibial condyles and begin developing movements in the knee joint.
