As PCL has a large footprint on femoral side, few surgeons prefer to do a double bundle PCL reconstruction in their routine practice. Still autografts are not available in our part of the world so we present a technique showing 2 bundles PCL reconstruction using autografts from both limbs. More than one year follow-up reveals a very happy patient doing all normal activities & sports after such surgery.
