The Omnipod 5 Automated Insulin Delivery (AID) System is cleared for individuals with type 1 diabetes ages 2 years and older. The Omnipod 5 System is intended for single patient, home use and requires a valid prescription.
The Omnipod 5 System is compatible with the following U-100 insulins: NovoLog®, Humalog®, and Admelog®.

To use Omnipod 5 in Automated Mode, the Dexcom G6 or Dexcom G7 mobile app is required. The Dexcom G6 or Dexcom G7 are not included in the Omnipod 5 System and require a separate prescription. The Dexcom G6 and G7 receivers are not compatible.
