Patient with floating knee (distal femur: 33C2 fracture, proximal tibia: 41A3) injury. Initially damage control with external fixator and 2 percutaneous screws of the initially undisplaced codylar fracture component.
Focus is on surgical technique especially reduction and alignment control. Includes postop films and 6 months months follow up.
