This case was interesting because the timing and imaging lend hope towards a primary revision repair, but certainly the surgeon was prepared with an allograft in case that a primary revision repair was not possible. Dr. Getelman provides insight into his thought process as he mobilizes the cuff and then makes a decision as to whether an allograft is necessary.
