Dr. San Giovanni, utilizes Avitus® Bone Harvester to obtain rich bone and marrow from the proximal tibia to graft a large cystic OCD. The autograft was packed into the Avitus® ArchiMIS to arthroscopically deliver the bone graft into a well-prepared defect. The bone marrow was mixed with an allogenic cartilage substitute and laid on top.
