Surgery was done arthroscopically. The reverse HAGL was repaired first with a triple loaded metal anchor with all 3 sutures passed in simple stitch fashion thru the posterior capsule. The sutures were left untied until the Bankart reconstruction was completed. The Bankart reconstruction was completed with 3 suture anchors and simple sutures. The reverse HAGL sutures were tied over the intact infrapsinatus.
