read more ↘ had unrelenting pain radiating to the dorsum of hand and forearm. he had positive tinel sign on his wrist and a weak grip. he had pain in his radial tunnel in his forearm and positive scratch collapse test for the radial tunnel and distal forearm. a decision was made to procede for full radial nerve release including proximally and distally with ecrb and brachioradialis tenotomy. we tried to find a neuroma for the sensory branch fo SRN and treat it.
