read more ↘ left knee was the more symptomatic. He had a 7º valgus knee, trochlear displasya type D, TTTG distance of 26mm, and a grade 4 chondral injury of the entire patellar articular side. All the correctible predisposing factors to patellofemoral instability were addressed at the same time. This is a good example of "menu à la carte" surgery.
