In the current video, he is presenting the scientific basis and the importance of preserving the native collateral ligament tension while performing total knee arthroplasty. He will describe the biomechanics of normal knee collateral ligaments tension and balance, their correlation to the TKA clinical results and postoperative knee stability, and possible surgical techniques to achieve ligament balance and knee stability.
