After the release of soft tissues, a gap of > 3cm under tension is observed, so a V-Y Lengthening is performed. To reinforce the suture and avoid a new failure, a FHL transfer and a reinforcement with a Smith & Nephew Regeneten biological patch are associated. Postoperative results are satisfactory. Immobilization with cast and wedges for 8 weeks is performed. Rehabilitation is then performed to increase mobility and strength.
