read more ↘ of cochlear implant performed by Eckert, MD from the ENT department. Feigl, MD PhD, is operating on the 67 year old patient in minimally invasive technique. Preoperative MRI imaging revealed a conventional schwannoma located in the right meatus acusticus internus. Postoperative results show that the tumor was completely removed. The postoperative Audiogram analysis with the cochlear implant displays visible improvement of hearing on the right side.
