read more ↘ unfortunate patient had failed previous TSA by another surgeon and presented to clinic with an incompetent rotator cuff and loose glenoid component. After completing the work-up for infectious cause of failure and determining that there was not an active infectious process, the patient expressed interest in proceeding with a minimally invasive procedure. We determined our goals of surgery to be an arthroscopic evaluation, intra-operative culture, glenoid removal and possible rotator cuff repair. This video demonstrates the techniques and thought process that permitted successful surgery.
