The patient was mid-age stomatologist and for this kind of patient there is only one chance to bring her back normal function after trauma. That's why I decided to go for the best possibilities to provide the best healing capacities and I reinforce my reconstruction by long head of the biceps (which I do routinely) and regeneten matrix ( which sometimes I also use) together !!!
