read more ↘ using two ethibond no 5 and synching the sutures at the junction of acl and avulsed fragment and shuttled the ethibond through two tunnels created at the anterolateral and anteromedial corner of acl crater and then we tried new way of tying the ethibond over post screw and washer it gave excellent fixation and compression like cc screw
