The procedure begins with atraumatic extraction of the root with a piezosurgical unit without damaging the socket walls or surrounding soft tissue. An osteotomy is prepared through the socket without reflecting a flap and implant placement is achieved with incredibly high primary stability using an ADIN Touareg-S implant. The horizontal defect dimension is then grafted with a bone graft material. An immediate screw-retained provisional is then fabricated with special attention to make sure it is well contoured, has a smooth finish, and is completely adjusted out of occlusion.
