Webinar Title: Simple Solutions to Complex Problems Webinar Series: Complex Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty
Date: Wednesday, April 25, 2018
Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm EST
Service: Complex Joint Reconstruction Center
OVERVIEW:
Many clinicians are not familiar or confident about how to best evaluate patients with complex total knee and hip cases and steps to preoperatively prepare for replacement. In addition, many clinicians are not familiar with key perioperative steps to treat complex knee and hip conditions. Therefore, they are unable to follow these steps to treat complex cases appropriately. To address these practice gaps, Hospital for Special Surgery’s Center for Complex Joint Reconstruction is hosting the Simple Solutions to Complex Problems webinar series, including the “Complex Primary Total Hip Arthroplasty” webinar and “Complex Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty” webinar. The Center for Complex Joint Reconstruction provides best-in-class diagnosis and treatment for the most challenging cases in joint reconstruction, such as complicated joint disorders or treatments for infected or failed implants.

This activity is targeted to surgeons who specialize in adult reconstruction. Residents, fellows, and medical students can also benefit from this activity.
