EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

As a result of participating in this activity, the learner will be able to:

  • Discuss how to appreciate the broad histopathological spectrum of RAS mutant thyroid nodules
  • Recognize the importance of correlating molecular alterations of thyroid tumors with histopathological and clinical findings
  • Appraise the role pathologist have in determining actionable molecular alterations in thyroid cancer
