OVERVIEW
The purpose of this activity is to update community and pediatric neurologists, as well as other healthcare providers working in epilepsy centers across the country, on updates in epilepsy diagnosis and treatment.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Diagnose the various forms of status epilepticus without delay and offer a systematic approach to evaluation and treatment.
- Select the adequate method of seizure detection for the individual patient and situation.
- Utilize seizure prediction models in clinical practice.
- Manage women with epilepsy before, during and after pregnancy.
