Overview
This Symposium has become an annual event, bringing together academic and community hematologist-oncologists from throughout the region to UofL for an educational opportunity with CE accreditation. In addition to the full-day Main Symposium, this year we are introducing a half-day Nursing Symposium. Both events feature presentations by renowned leaders in the field of hematologic malignancy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation sharing the latest scientific advancements in blood cancer therapies and cellular therapeutics research and development.
Target Audience
Physicians, hematologist-oncologists, nurses and all others interested in hematologic malignancy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
Accreditation
Physician Credit - The University of Louisville Continuing Medical Education office designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
