Join us for this hybrid conference June 12-13, 2025 either in-person and or online. This 1.5 day event brings together experts in cardiology, heart disease, and lifestyle medicine to engage learners in a crucial conversation about atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The program will explore the increasing rates of cardiovascular disease (CVD), current and emerging treatment options, lifestyle interventions, and emerging technology that is transforming the way healthcare providers diagnose, treat, and support patients suffering from CVD. This urgent education will transform the way clinicians treat patients with CVD, leading to lower mortality rates and improved patient outcomes.
