After the huge success of our inaugural program in 2018 to the Loire Valley, France we are excited to launch our second edition and we have our sights set on the Italian island of Sicily. 
Over 5 mornings, approximately 40 Orthopedic doctors - from Canada, USA and around the world – will gather for a unique and highly interactive learning experience. An in-depth, educational program concentrating on current trends in General Orthopaedics including Trauma and Hip and Knee Arthroplasty designed specifically for Orthopaedic professionals. First-class speakers, interactive sessions including case reviews all with ample time for discussion.
The academic portion will be complemented by a week of cycling or hiking on the island of Sicily and exploring ancient Greek ruins. The program will include accommodation at the deluxe 5-star Verdura Resort, gourmet dining and fabulous wines.

ACCREDITATION
This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the University of Ottawa’s Office of Continuing Professional Development. You may claim a maximum of 14.0 hours (credits are automatically calculated). Through an agreement between the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert Royal College MOC credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
