For the first time ever, the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS) is offering a combined Current Concepts & Hands-On Course, May 8-11 in Istanbul, Turkey. An international faculty of SRS members will use a variety of learning formats, including case discussions, lectures, and hands-on skills labs (limited to 30 participants), to deliver a curriculum based and highly interactive program. There will be a low faculty to attendee ratio and an intimate setting that enables a more engaging and robust dialogue during the sessions and continued networking during breaks.

Meeting Description

The Current Concepts & Hands-On Course is a forum for the realization of the Society’s mission and goals, the improvement of patient care for those with spinal deformities. The course will be an intimate setting with a low attendee to faculty ratio. Topics include Foundation Knowledge, Early Onset Deformity, AIS, Neuromuscular Deformity, Adult Deformity, Kyphosis, and Complications. It will also include a hands-on skills training component. The Hands-On Course portion of the program is limited to 24 registrants. For more information, visit the Registration tab.

Target Audience

The target audience are residents, fellows, orthopaedic and neurosurgeons who have an interest and are involved in spinal deformity management and treatment.

Language

The Current Concepts & Hands-On Course will be presented in English.
