The 2021 Courage and Innovation Symposium is a one-day activity structured as a comprehensive educational symposium striving to educate clinicians, physician trainees, advanced practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties in the application of innovative therapies for cardiovascular disease. • State current practice strategies of advanced practice providers in the care of heart failure and heart transplant patients.
