This course is accredited for:
- 15 Category 1 CME credits, 11 credits also qualify for ABOS SAE hours
- 10 Radiation Safety CME hours required by California’s Radiologic Health Branch
- 6 hours of Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) CME credit hours
This program has been designed for the general orthopaedic surgeon to instruct them in the latest research and technologies in: Infections, Trauma, Foot and Ankle, Spine, Hand and Upper Extremities, Oncology and Sports Medicine. The QME course will update physicians on the latest Medical-Legal Fee Schedule reforms and what prompts a Workers’Compensation Audit.
Target Audience
General Orthopaedic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Practice Managers, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and other healthcare professionals whose scope of practice includes the care and management of musculoskeletal injuries.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
