Statement of Need

The diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal and liver disorders has advanced rapidly. The downside of this rapid pace is that many providers, both in the community and even those in teaching centers, find it difficult to keep up with these advances. Consequently, patients may have inadequate access to the most current care. Our CME conference is designed to address the most topical, immediately impactful, and up-to-date issues in GI and liver diseases, filling these knowledge gaps through a concise one-day overview presented by regional and national experts. The knowledge gained will be immediately transferrable back to patient care.

Target Audience

This program is designed for physicians and physician assistants. Other members of the health care team, including registered nurses, nurse practitioners, residents, medical students and fellows are invited to attend.
