OVERVIEW

The second annual Immunizations Across the Lifespan Conference will provide practitioners with an overview of the current evidence, guidelines, and best practices across a spectrum of infant to adult vaccines.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Primary care physicians and pharmacists.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Apply immunizations across the age spectrum
• Summarize NACI recommendations vs unfunded products
• Implement current best practices and explain future developments in immunization in pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Identify barriers to vaccine uptake in Canada and provide appropriate counsel and support to patients and families

ACCREDITATION

This group-learning program has been reviewed by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and is awaiting final certification by the College's Ontario Chapter.
