Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

• Describe the relationship between the pathophysiology of dermatologic diseases and the mechanism of action of new, existing and emerging treatments.
• Outline the roles of current and emerging topical, systemic and surgical treatments for dermatologic diseases and their co-morbidities.
• Develop collaborative care guidance that improves the management of patients with systemic manifestations of dermatologic diseases and their co-morbidities.

Target Audience

Dermatologists, as well as specialists in other therapeutic areas, e.g., gastroenterology, rheumatology, dermatology, surgery and ophthalmology.
