OVERVIEW
Join your colleagues for the ACG/FGS Annual Spring Symposium at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point in the beautiful Naples area of Florida. The program is designed to fill your mornings with the latest clinical updates while keeping your afternoons free to explore and enjoy the many amenities the area has to offer. Daily sessions wrap up by 12:30 pm, giving you plenty of opportunity to reflect, relax, and unwind. While at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point, relax at the largest pool in Southwest Florida, and enjoy three acres of water attractions including a lazy river, family friendly pools, slides, and waterfalls, as well as an adult pool and hot tubs. If golf is your game, you can test your skills at the hotel’s Raptor Bay Golf Club – the first Audubon Society certified course in the country.
Within a short drive from the hotel, the beauty and culture of Naples and Southwest Florida await. Attractions range from art galleries, museums, and unique shops to more active pursuits including charter fishing excursions and Everglades tours.
Led by Course Directors Dennis Yang, MD and Asad Ur Rahman, MD, the 2023 ACG/FGS Annual Spring Symposium, offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, March 10-12, will explore areas the gastroenterologist often faces in clinical practice and addresses management updates on a variety of gastrointestinal and hepatic topics. During this course, multiple areas will be covered, including esophagus, colon, IBD, pancreaticobiliary, liver, and a special session on Thoughts from the Experts. The structure of the program includes a mix of didactic presentations delivered by expert faculty, case presentations, and numerous question and answer opportunities.
ACCREDITATION
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American College of Gastroenterology and the Florida Gastroenterological Society. The American College of Gastroenterology is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
