Overview
The International Spinal Deformity Symposium is helmed by the world’s leading experts in adult spinal deformity. This highly interactive program features presenting in-depth practical lectures and cases on each deformity condition, with ample time for intensive discussion and debate. This year, ISDS will also feature keynote speakers Jean-Charles LeHuec, David W. Polly, Jr., and Yong Qiu.
Learning Objectives
As a result of this activity, the participant should be better able to:
- Summarize current research and best practices in analysis and decision-making in the management of adolescent and adult spinal deformity
- Analyze and provide treatment options for short segment degenerative deformity in the lumbar TL region; cervical deformity; PJK; and rod failures/pseudoarthrosis
- Discuss the essential considerations in sagittal alignment, PSOs, and clinical pathways.
Target Audience
Orthopedic and neurological surgeons, fellows, and residents who include spinal deformity surgery in their practices.
