Patient K., 24 y.o., had received a complex fracture-dislocation of the right wrist during the accident. It was done closed reduction and cast immobilisation in local hospital. After 2 weeks he was moved to our hospital. The wrist had DISI (75°) and extremely unstable fracture-dislocation.
