The 4-Corner Method for Augmentation of a Rotator Cuff Repair with a Bioinductive Implant
Dr. Skelley demonstrates an independent fixation technique for deploying and securing a bioinductive implant to augment a rotator cuff repair. This technique utilizes the existing double row anchors and the associated sutures to perform the augmentation procedure. This simplified technique is ideal for surgeons that are new to augmentation procedures for complex rotator cuff cases. This method allows for improved load sharing and facilitates biologic healing of the rotator cuff repair.
