The mission of APP2APP Virtual Lectures, Inc. is to provide quality education and resources to enhance the knowledge and clinical skills of PAs and NPs to ultimately improve the quality of patient care within the communities nationwide.

Christina offers a mini-promotional presentation that describes a model of care delivered through a novel tool built by clinicians over a decade of research at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Christina co-developed and led the "Transition Stroke Program" and served as Lead APP in implementation of the "Compass Trial". Christina and her team are currently in discussion with several leading academic health systems to implement this tool for management of their post-acute patients.
