Join Dr. Matthew Best as he discusses the pathophysiology, diagnosis and management of massive rotator cuff tears. Dr. Best discusses how to make the determine if the the massive RTC is surgically repairable or irreparable, which is determined by the orthopedic surgeon intraoperatively.
